A new non-supervisory position within the ERSEA component that carries out Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility and Attendance for the agency. The ERSEA Generalist will require experience, knowledge and sensitivity with childcare issues of low-income, at-risk children and families. During the COVID recovery phase, a strong focus of this position will be the ongoing recruitment of eligible children and families. Strong time management, organizational, computer, public speaking and customer service skills required. Knowledge of all Head Start programs, eligibility and community resources preferred.
Education and Certification Requirements: Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2-years Human Services experience required
· Strong written and verbal skills required.
· Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
