Enrollment Administrative Support
Position responsible for answering the phones in the enrollment department, responding to emails and greeting visitors in a professional office setting. The position supports the maintenance of enrollment records, input of application data, pre-screens for eligibility, and scheduling of appointments. Infant/Toddler Support Teacher
This position is an experience-based, full time, paid position in which the agency will provide mentorship and guidance to learn Early Childhood Education and best practices around infant toddler development. Summary
This position is a working supervisory position. This position will oversee the repairs, installations and upkeep of various buildings, offices and other facilities and be an integral part of the day to day maintenance team. Some of the main duties include designing maintenance procedures, tracking budgets and expenses and performing inspections on different facilities to find problems and make repairs. The Facilities and Maintenance Manager is the leader of a company’s maintenance department. They supervise the company’s maintenance operations and processes. They are also responsible for assisting with budget creation tracking their expenses and creating a 5-year replacement plan for the leadership team to review.
The Facilities and Maintenance Manager will troubleshoot and repair any piece of machinery to ensure it works properly and is safe for employees to use. They also regularly visit the facilities they’ve previously worked on and inspect them to see if there are any clear problems that need to be fixed. Additionally, the Facilities and Maintenance Manager must approve all installation and repair activities completed by anyone on their maintenance team or outside vendor.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree in administration or facility management preferred with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in facilities, project management.

Summary
A position established for the purpose of providing maintenance services as needed i.e. plumbing, flooring, painting, electrical, locks, etc., experience with maintenance in old buildings a plus; snow removal required, and ensuring that tools, and materials are maintained in good working order and are available at job sites when needed, some custodial work required on occasion.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One year of responsible experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair. Certifications preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required, certifications a plus
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in sanitation procedures and general repair.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of heating/cooling systems
- Ability to understand and carry out simple oral and written directions
- Willingness to perform custodial and other manual tasks
- Thoroughness, dependability
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability and willingness to work as a team member
Starting Pay: $18.39 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Bus Monitor
A position designed to ensure the safety of children that are transported by HCS Head Start, Inc. transportation. The position will provide Bus Monitor coverage when needed, in addition to providing some classroom support.
