A position which will provide health services to infant/toddler and preschool children and families; identify early interventions through appropriate health screenings (hearing, vision, height/weight and blood pressure); assist children and families with an ongoing source of continuous accessible care to meet their basic health needs; triage high risk medical concerns; assist teams in abiding by all public health guidelines and agency policies when it comes to COVID-19 and work as part of the Head Start/Early Head Start team to provide training and support to the teaching staff around infant/toddler and preschool health.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure preferred.
- Experience in working with infants/toddlers and preschool preferred.
Qualities and Skills:
- Strong written/verbal and computer skills required.
