Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of the center infrastructure in; controlling and applying resources relative to the center staff, the center facility, the community in which the center is operating, the families which use the service, and the Licensed Operator of the center,

  • Create and maintain accurate records for all applications/intakes in COPA database system and Full Day records in eCCIMS
    • Complete enrollment Eligibility/and or Intakes for Part and Full Day program ensuring accurate and complete information
    • Prepare children’s files for enrollment into all program options
    • Attend and participate in community events and/or ERSEA activities to assist with educating the community about services provided by the Agency
    • Assist in providing written and oral translation of agency materials on an as needed basis
    • Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the agency and families
    • Complete home visits for families unable to visit the office to complete enrollment documentation as needed
    • Manage all applications, initiate and complete all necessary follow-up to include communication with appropriate entities (parents, staff, community providers) to ensure appropriate placement of children

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Associates/Bachelors degree in Social Work, Human Services, Early Childhood Education or related field required.

Qualities and Skills:
